Fixed Income Analyst
Michael Fohr is a fixed income analyst at National Investment Services. He joined the firm in 2016 and is responsible for research coverage in the services, capital goods, consumer goods and retail sectors for both high-yield and investment grade corporate bonds.
Prior to joining NIS, Mike was an equity analyst for Reinhart Partners focused on the energy and business services sectors. Previously, he was an equity research intern at Wells Capital Management. He was also one of four students selected to manage $50 million in fixed income assets for the University of Wisconsin System while attending UW-Madison’s Applied Security Analysis Program.
Mike holds a B.B.A in accounting and an M.S. in taxation from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He also holds an M.B.A. in applied security analysis and J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mike is a CFA charterholder and certified public accountant.
