Norman E. Sidler is a Principal and Managing Partner at National Investment Services. He also serves on the board of directors and is a member of the executive committee. Norm is actively involved in marketing the firm’s capabilities to institutional investors. His primary focus is in the multi-employer and religious sectors.

Norm joined NIS from Duff & Phelps Investment Management.

Norm holds a B.S. in Finance from Bradley University and an M.B.A. from DePaul University. After 20 years serving each, Norm retired from the Divine Word College Board and the Police Pension Board in 2025. He currently sits on the Montini Catholic High School board.
