Robert P. Brooks is the Executive Chairman of National Investment Services. He also serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Executive Committee. In addition, he is actively involved in marketing the firm’s capabilities to institutional investors.

Bob joined NIS in 1990 after 10 years in employee benefits administration. From 1993-2000, he served as Vice President and Senior Vice President. In those positions, Bob was the lead officer for business development, client relations and consultant relations. Bob was appointed Executive Vice President in 2000 and Managing Partner in 2008. In 2010, Bob was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Titanium Asset Management (a holding company including NIS), and continued in those roles at NIS when NIS separated from Titanium in 2014. Bob remained Chairman and CEO at National Investment Services through 2025.
