Stefan Martin is a Portfolio Manager, Structured Products for National Investment Services. As a member of the structured product team, he is responsible for idea generation, credit research, structure and collateral analysis in the CMBS sector.

Prior to joining NIS, Stefan had multiple roles at Aberdeen Asset Management where he served as a credit analyst for the structured products team, CMBS portfolio manager and REIT credit analyst. Prior to joining Aberdeen, Stefan was as a CMBS surveillance analyst at Capmark Financial Group.

Stefan holds a B.A. in Biology from Goshen College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Villanova University.
